OLIVE PICKING
Join us for the olive harvest and immerse yourself in a fresh and exhilarating experience. In the early winter months we start collecting the olives from our olive groves which are taken to the local olive press without delay in order to ensure the highest quality organic olive oil. The vigorous physical activity of the day is pleasantly interrupted by a lovely lunch of traditional local fare under the shade of the olive trees and the good cheer of fellow pickers will ensure wonderful memories. Visit the olive press a hub of activity to meet the locals and see the extraction process. Taste the pungent freshness of the first drops of olive oil - a ritual not to be missed. At the end of your stay take with you pleasant memories and a fine bottle of Astarti Organic Olive Oil.
