This delightful flat level retreat looks across to the mainland and the hilltop crowned by the small whitewashed church of Agios Prokopis.  Beyond, stretch the captivating sea views dominated in the distance by formidable Cape Maleas.   Identify the passing ships by day as they traverse the Kytherian straits and in the evening, the soft rhythmic hum of a ship’s engine may be heard as the vessel sails into the night.
 

The interplay of colours of sea and land is captivating. The brilliant hues of the local flora - the yellows, reds, blues and mauves – form a kaleidoscope of colour pressing against the huge window creating a natural canvas adorning this small homely space.
